I work with co-occurring disorders; My work involves trauma-focused therapy, managing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and relapse prevention. I have a warm spot for kiddos and teens!
I am EMDR Trained, certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and trained in Gottman Level 1 Methods. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Creative Expression techniques, Play Therapy techniques, Mindfulness, and various Trauma-Focused techniques.
