I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to challenge clients' unrealistic beliefs and change their behaviors. In addition, I practice Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to assist individuals in identifying their strengths through growth and self-discovery to aid them in reaching their future goals.

Counseling is best when it's personalized. There is no such things as a "one-size-fits-all" method to therapy. I have found that many of us have a combination of trauma and maladaptive behaviors that once explored and processed can dramatically improve the quality of life. I implement four cornerstone treatment approaches: EMDR, Mindful Movement, DBT(Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and expressive arts to calm the nervous system, resolve trauma and incorporate new behaviors.
