My clients often come to counseling feeling broken and lost from grief and unresolved trauma, struggling with anxiety, fear and depression. Besides my degree in counseling from University of Texas San Antonio, I have training in Somatic Experiencing® , Psychodrama, Cognitive Behavioral, and Grief Counseling. I am continuing my professional training for Psychodrama at Bridging Harts Institute of Psychotherapy and for SE at the Somatic Experiencing Trauma Institute.
What is SE? Somatic Experiencing® method is a body-oriented approach to the healing of trauma, chronic pain and other stress disorders. In addition, the SE approach releases traumatic shock, which is key to transforming PTSD and the wounds of emotional and early developmental attachment trauma.
