I see clients who are hurting, grieving, tired, and overwhelmed. They need a safe place to sort out their thoughts, emotions, and past experiences. Many times clients are searching for coping skills to deal with stress. They are looking for direction, to begin new healthy habits, and to make a change. Their goals are to not let the past define them, but to forge forward, and discover peace even in the center of life's chaos. There's so much out of our control, but discovering what we can control impacts every other faucet of life. Clients can learn to respond to life, instead of react.
