I specialize in working with driven individuals and couples navigating anxiety, life transitions, postpartum challenges, and relationship conflict.
Many of my clients are high-achieving women, professionals, & couples who appear successful on the outside but privately struggle with anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, or the emotional demands of parenting. You may be used to holding everything together for everyone else while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to change the patterns that keep repeating. I often work with new parents navigating postpartum changes, professionals facing intense pressure, & couples who want to strengthen communication and connection. Therapy offers a space to slow down, gain clarity, and move forward with more confidence & balance.

I'm glad you're here. At my core, I believe in liberation- on a collective and individual level; freedom from all systems of oppression, and freedom from the ghosts of trauma that haunt us. My clients are often those who have been told they are: "too much," feel like the black sheep, or are leaders, creatives, or generational curse breakers. The bulk of my clients are neurodivergent people of color, highly sensitive, or live somewhere on the spectrum.

I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, life transitions, and questions of identity and self-worth.
I draw from CBT, DBT, and Adlerian therapy — which is a more grounded way of saying: we look at your thoughts, your patterns, and the internal narrative you've been carrying about who you are, where you belong, and how that story has shaped your life. I'm solution-focused, so our work stays connected to what actually matters to you.

You've been dieting for decades but can't stop obsessing about food. You're exhausted from performing "normal" while secretly drowning. You're the ADHD parent masking all day, or you just got your autism diagnosis at 35 and everything finally makes sense. You're done with therapists who don't get neurodivergence or eating disorder complexity. You want someone who won't judge your beautiful mess, will lovingly call out your patterns, and actually gets what it's like when your brain feels like too much. You're ready to stop just surviving and start thriving - authentically, unapologetically you.

Life Coaching Therapists
What can I expect from life coaching?
Clients and coaches will typically start by identifying the problem area(s) that the client hopes to address—then, the coach will help the client brainstorm potential solutions and explore concrete techniques to help the client attain their goals. Coaching is typically short-term and focused on finding solutions in the here and now, rather than exploring a client’s past. In addition to strategies aimed at the client’s specific concerns, coaches may encourage general stress management techniques such as meditation.

Can a life coach help treat anxiety?
Because the majority of life coaches are not licensed clinicians, they are not qualified to diagnose or treat anxiety. Anyone struggling with anxiety or another mental health condition should seek help from a licensed mental health practitioner. However, some coaching clients who struggle with subclinical anxiety report that working with their coach on other problems—such as career dissatisfaction or unhealthy habits—has a positive effect on their anxiety.

Can life coaching be done online?
Yes. While life coaching often happens in person, many coaches conduct sessions over the phone or via online platforms such as Zoom or Skype. Because life coaches are not subject to local licensing regulations in the same way that therapists are, they are able to see clients who live in other locations.

How long does life coaching last?
Life coaching tends to be a shorter-term process than therapy, though it does not always unfold over a specific period of time and is instead based on the coach’s or the client’s preferences. Coaching often takes place over three to 12 months but may be shorter or longer if necessary.
