I want to help you down that path of discovery while using psychotherapeutic approaches such as attachment theory, AEDP, IFS, interpersonal neurobiology (IPNB), Somatic Experiencing, and EMDR.
More important than any approach, however, is that you feel safe and secure during our time together. I have a nonjudgmental and collaborative style because I am aware of how difficult it is to open up about your deeper needs and problems when starting therapy.

I find a particular interest in working with victims of narcissistic abuse and betrayals and incorporate EMDR, somatic counseling, mindfulness, emotionally focused therapy and narrative therapy into my work with these individuals.
Feel empowered now. It's hard to know when to look for help. Whether it's the loss of a loved one, relationship difficulties, or persistent feelings of sadness and anxiety, sometimes it can be too much. As a therapist, I've worked collaboratively with individuals, couples, and families for over a decade to explore current problems and develop solutions.

I blend talk therapy, somatic practices, and parts work to explore patterns and understand what feels stuck.
I see you. You’ve been doing everything you can to manage anxiety, overwhelm, or feeling ‘too much’ or ‘not enough’ at once. It’s exhausting to mask your true self or carry unresolved trauma while handling everyday demands. If you’ve ever wondered, ‘Why is this so hard for me when it seems easier for everyone else?’ you’re not alone. I offer trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming care for adults navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and/or high-masking autism. Together, we’ll explore patterns, cultivate self-compassion, and rebuild your connection to your emotions and body’s natural stress response with curiosity and care.

I often use somatic and mindfulness therapeutic techniques and incorporate ACT or CBT interventions to prepare for EMDR therapy.
Aiming to thrive and not solely survive? Despite our adverse experiences or current circumstances, we can find ourselves wanting to find more meaning in life. I help clients slow down to closely examine the obstacles that are interfering with their ability to live the life they envision. My approach to counseling is to learn to love yourself as you are while working on your areas of growth. We are all worthy of self-love and self-compassion, but all too often this is absent in our lives. My hope is that through this process you find your true self and are courageous enough to embrace and live out your most authentic life!

My trauma-focused practice is psychodynamic and person-centered in nature and regularly informed by EMDR, somatic work, parts work, and attachment.
No one should have to go through life's toughest moments alone. I believe that your past does not define you and everyone deserves to heal and feel better. The people I work with usually want something about themselves or their life to be different. Painful and overwhelming experiences tend to impact who they are, how they feel about themselves, and how they relate to others. Healing usually includes caring for wounds, learning lots, and doing things a little differently than before. People feel better about themselves - stronger, more secure, calmer, and more peaceful - as a result of therapy and healing work.
