Let’s work together to find the relationships you want, the love you want, the sex, the job, the life that brings you joy - the YOU that you want.
I bring elements of feminist, social justice, attachment, person centered, and queer theory together with solution-based techniques to create a holistic approach to rewrite your story the way you want it to be. We’ll uncover what’s holding you back between your upbringing, traumas, systemic barriers, masking, attachment style, and societal expectations.

I have worked as a persona working on phd in sex therapy.
I am accepting social workers in need of clinical supervision to join a group. My ideal client is one that is tired of just surviving. They are wanting to change, but doesn’t know how. They have tried multiple therapist and still are struggling. They are barely able to function day to day and just want to find joy again. They just want to be happy. They feel like there is no hope or that they are broken.

I believe that sex and sexuality are integral parts of our lives that can bring joy and healing, but I know how scary and overwhelming it can be to explore them.
I work with individuals and relationships of any style using a trauma-informed and person-centered approach. My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space for all, but especially for those in the LGBTQIA+, non-monogamous, and kink communities, so all you have to do is show up as yourself.

Friendships feel harder as an adult, romantic connections fizzle, you dread intimacy, or your sex life is on life support.
I bring specialized training in trauma and extensive experience working with relationships. I integrate mindfulness practices and insights from yoga, using a bottom-up framework that begins with understanding the body’s sensations and extends to how we make sense of the world. This helps clients reconnect with themselves and relationships in profound ways.

Maybe you keep attracting narcissistic or borderline partners, or you’re battling sex or porn addiction in secret.
As an attachment-focused therapist, I work with those struggling with compulsive sexual behaviors, the fallout of abusive or manipulative relationships, and deep-rooted emotional pain that’s been ignored for too long. My approach is direct, unfiltered, and often infused with dark humor, because therapy should be real-not just polite conversation.

I help individuals, couples, partners, and families with issues and topics related to infidelity, jealousy, sex and kink, grief and loss, and relational/spiritual trauma, especially if those issues intersect with LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC identities and/or non-traditional relational dynamics including polyamory, non-monogamy, single parent, and blended families.
As your therapist, I take a liberatory and non-pathological approach to the relational problems you are experiencing. Narrative therapy and the Hakomi method, a somatic mindfulness intervention, are the primary modalities I use to help clients explore the narratives and body-centered consciousness that pervade their relational experiences.

Sex Therapy

Who is sex therapy for?

Sex problems are common in relationships. Many people want a better sex life and want to feel loved and desired by their partner. It is difficult for couples to resolve sexual problems on their own because people often feel ashamed to talk about their sexual desires fearing they are not normal, when in fact a very broad range of preferences and behaviors are normal. A sex therapist can help clarify this and other matters.

Why do people need sex therapy?

Many people do not know how to talk about their erotic needs or their emotional needs, both of which are addressed in sex therapy. Couples often live with sexual difficulties for years before seeking help, and in that time, partners may experience so much disappointment and alienation that they may fear their problems mean they are incompatible. Once people experience disappointment, it is difficult to find resolution without help.

What happens in sex therapy?

People have many misconceptions about what takes place in sex therapy. First, it is a form of talk therapy in which partners discuss their sexual concerns; it does not involve touching or physical exploration of any kind. Sex therapy typically helps couples get comfortable talking to each other about sex so that, in the privacy of their home life, they can openly discuss their sexual desires and make decisions about what they want to do. Couples are typically assigned activities to do at home that build intimacy skills.

What kinds of problems do sex therapists treat?

Very often, partners differ in their degree of sexual desire and struggle over how often to have sex. Or they may have fights about porn use or have difficulty connecting sexually after one partner is unfaithful. Men may have problems with premature ejaculation. Women may find themselves struggling to become aroused or to achieve an orgasm. Sometimes partners feel like they have lost the sense of attraction to their partner. These are all common issues dealt with in sex therapy.
