Life can be hard, painful, unfair, and even horrific. Once I was told, "therapy is conflict." What they meant was we are all in conflict; with other people, loved ones, and often ourselves. A therapist's job is to bear witness to that pain, to hold it, and with our assistance help our clients move through the pain, the conflict, and find peace. Over the last ten plus years, I have gained extensive experience providing counseling to adolescents, adults, couples, and military service

and women dealing with multiple issues including substance abuse, trauma/PTSD, grief/loss, depression, and anxiety.
