You're sick of feeling so overwhelmed and unfulfilled. Life is great on paper and by all accounts, you "should" be happy. But it's getting harder to cover up the feeling that your soul is dying. And that inner critic is so loud it's hard to hear much else. Going through the motions, marking things off your to-do list, but you’re not present. Tasks are means to an end: “If I can just get X, I’ll feel better.” But relief never comes. Maybe happiness lies somewhere in the future, but you can't tap into it now. You know you deserve joy and fulfillment. But how can you begin to trust yourself & start thriving, rather than just surviving?

I am a self-proclaimed Human Potentialist because I believe that every person has a vast amount of unrealized potential within, but destabilizing life events, traumas, chronic stress, conditioning, and the need to protect ourselves from the world hardens our hearts and cut us off from our true essence and the potential to experience a life full of love, joy, and creativity. I understand that we are often a prisoner of our mind, and the path to our essence is through deep inner work and reflection, allowing personal insights and integration of such insights to restore safety and harmony in mind, body, and spirit - restoring love.

*I currently have a few spots available online. My focus is with those navigating the world of early adulthood and beyond. I have been honored to witness individuals grow into themselves as they utilize a safe space to freely speak their mind. I am passionate about helping individuals discover their strengths and confront their weaknesses. Developing an authentic rapport and providing unconditional positive regard are key elements to this process. Life can present adversity when we least expect it. I aim to help individuals navigate and untangle the unpleasant emotions these times can bring.

Change is inevitable and it can also be uncomfortable and scary. Many of us already have the strength to manage change but need a little help finding the courage and confidence. That is why I take a collaborative, flexible, transformational, dynamic, and strength-based approach to empower clients to face life ’s circumstances as productively as possible. I could help equip you with just tools to tackle your personal and professional obstacles or I can work alongside you and through dialogue help you to develop your own tools for long term sustainable strategies and an independent and purposeful life .

Joseph Campbell said, "The effect of a successful journey of the hero is the unlocking and release of the flow of life into the body of the world." Your problems are uniquely yours, and my approach engages that uniqueness with the proposition of pragmatic change based on evidence-based approaches. Counseling is a hero's journey which begins with a desire for a better life , and a subtle voice inside calling for change! I am here to help with that journey, and working to overcome the challenges that are the roadblocks to a better life .

I join clients on their personal and professional journeys and support them in leveling up their lives! As a hybrid life coach and therapist, I offer support on achieving outcomes (such as "I want to find my mission in life " or "I want to feel really happy and energetic" or "I'm ready to open/level up my business") and I work with clients who are truly ready for growth! The bonus outcomes - my clients report increased self-confidence, clarity on life and purpose, assertiveness, increased joy, better relationships, and as a result they take bold steps into their authentic selves and write their own stories.

Life Coaching Therapists

What can I expect from life coaching?

Clients and coaches will typically start by identifying the problem area(s) that the client hopes to address—then, the coach will help the client brainstorm potential solutions and explore concrete techniques to help the client attain their goals. Coaching is typically short-term and focused on finding solutions in the here and now, rather than exploring a client’s past. In addition to strategies aimed at the client’s specific concerns, coaches may encourage general stress management techniques such as meditation.

Can a life coach help treat anxiety?

Because the majority of life coaches are not licensed clinicians, they are not qualified to diagnose or treat anxiety. Anyone struggling with anxiety or another mental health condition should seek help from a licensed mental health practitioner. However, some coaching clients who struggle with subclinical anxiety report that working with their coach on other problems—such as career dissatisfaction or unhealthy habits—has a positive effect on their anxiety.

Can life coaching be done online?

Yes. While life coaching often happens in person, many coaches conduct sessions over the phone or via online platforms such as Zoom or Skype. Because life coaches are not subject to local licensing regulations in the same way that therapists are, they are able to see clients who live in other locations.

How long does life coaching last?

Life coaching tends to be a shorter-term process than therapy, though it does not always unfold over a specific period of time and is instead based on the coach’s or the client’s preferences. Coaching often takes place over three to 12 months but may be shorter or longer if necessary.
