I work extensively in the areas of anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and family of origin issues with individuals.
I believe everyone deserves and is within reach of a fulfilling life, both individually and in relationship to others. That is why I love working with both individuals and couples. What stands in the way may be external or internal and usually both. It may show up as anxiety, depression, grief/loss, relationship issues, distorted sense of self, and questioning of one’s purpose in this world. I became a therapist to help others navigate these obstacles and realize a healthy, authentic life with a sense of hope for today and tomorrow.

I work with thoughtful, capable people who want relief from stress and clearer paths toward what matters most—especially when challenges at work and in life start to blur together. You may feel stuck, burned out, or overwhelmed at work, at home, or in the space between. Perhaps you’re navigating a transition, managing complicated relationships, or carrying significant responsibility without much room to breathe. In therapy, we’ll explore your feelings, patterns, and how you’re showing up across your life so you can understand what truly needs attention and move forward with more clarity, purpose, and connection to who you are.

I am an encourager and advocate for families & individuals who struggle with neurodivergence.
Couples or families with at least one person who is neurodivergent can deal with more miscommunications that others. If you have been experiencing more frequent or intense arguments with someone you care about, this could be a factor. As a neurodiverse individual myself, I know first hand how frustrating and isolating this can be in your relationships.

Maybe you’ve spent so long putting everyone else first that you’ve lost touch with what you want or need. Asking for those things, should you figure them out? That's another thing entirely. As a recovered people pleaser myself, I know ALL about it! Codependency, anxiety, guilt, and some amount of unresolved trauma is my wheelhouse - and recovery is not only possible, but I would argue completely necessary. Literally, for how much longer do you want to live for others instead of yourself? I believe that deeper listening is the key healing - not yet another person telling you how to think or who to be.

Want to respond better to life's curveballs? Therapy can clarify the uncertainty that accompanies life transitions—which are often fraught with anxiety, depression, self doubt and unexpected changes in relationships. I help adults find meaning and direction during these times. Others seek therapy with me to address relationship difficulties, school and career stress, low self esteem and general life dissatisfaction. I offer a supportive place for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and what's best for you. We can meet in my office, or we can walk and talk outside.

You’re doing everything you can to be the parent your kids need, but it still feels like you’re falling short. The yelling, the shutdowns, the constant tension—it’s wearing you down. Maybe you're trying to parent differently than how you were raised, or maybe you’ve been through your own trauma, and you're doing your best not to pass it on. You want more calm at home, more patience, more connection. You want to feel like yourself again—not just the default parent or the fixer, but a whole person who feels grounded, seen, and steady. You want home to feel like a safe place, not a battleground.

Are your relationships unsatisfactory? Do you find it hard to express, or even be, yourself with your loved ones? Is it you? Is it them? We all need a safe space to be able to work through: relationship challenges, painful experiences, and to uncover unknown truths about ourselves.I am a licensed professional counselor who specializes in working with adults looking to improve the relationships they have, both with self and others. My approach is rooted in the understanding that our current struggles often stem from unmet needs in our early life and the voice of our inner child.
