My approach is integrative, blending certification in Imago Relationship Therapy with advanced training in EMDR, Brainspotting, and Self-Relations Therapy.
I have two master’s degrees—one in Applied Linguistics and one in Counseling and Guidance. This dual background provides a helpful perspective on how communication influences relationships and self-perception, supporting clients as they develop skills to address misunderstandings and communication challenges.

I offer Brainspotting for deep trauma processing and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (anticipated 2026).
You may be living with the painful aftermath of complex trauma shaped by long-term relational harm, emotional or physical neglect, or narcissistic abuse. Trauma can disrupt your sense of identity and safety in your body, leaving you hypervigilant, disconnected, or stuck in people-pleasing patterns. You may long to feel more grounded, present, and authentic, safer in relationships, and able to trust yourself and others again. Through an attuned, relational approach, therapy supports nervous system regulation, healing attachment wounds, and moving toward stability, connection, and choice.

I integrate CBT, DBT, gestalt, somatic work, mindfulness, self-compassion, and brainspotting to support deep healing.
Work, family, and relationships can feel overwhelming—like you’re constantly juggling too much and terrified of letting anything fall. You wake up with a knot in your stomach that never really goes away, and it’s been far too long since you’ve felt calm, confident, or at ease. Anxiety feels like it’s running your life, while depression drains the energy you need to get through the day. When you’re this exhausted and overwhelmed, it’s hard to be present for yourself or the people you care about. You don’t have to face this alone—support and relief are possible.

Though I specialize in using EMDR, Brainspotting, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy, what I really specialize in is solving problems, often where previous therapy has not finished the job.
Whether you're carrying unresolved trauma—maybe from childhood, a relationship, an accident, or years of accumulated pain, or struggling with anxiety, depression, or relationship issues, I can help. With 31 years of clinical experience in numerous settings, I help clients heal. You want real relief, not just symptom management. You want a therapist who understands the mind/body relationship —and knows how to help you rewire it to get where you want to go. Together, we'll work to process what's stuck and rebuild your sense of safety and wholeness.

So while I love brainspotting and other somatic and mindfulness based approaches for trauma and anxiety, I always begin with talk therapy to build trust, rapport and a sense of safety and comfort.
So many of us live each day with a lack of contentment, a nagging sense of anxiety and disconnection from ourselves and others, but this does not have to become the norm for you. If you are ready to take the leap and desire a holistic approach to change, I can help you to cultivate the satisfying life you desire. While I enjoy working with a variety of individuals, I specialize in helping adults suffering from anxiety and relational dissatisfaction to find peace. Above all I provide an environment where you will feel safe and seen, so you can process your own unique pain and ultimately find healing.

If you feel like you have tried everything and nothing works, I get you! I strongly believe that we all have an inner wisdom deep within us, but through our life experiences and social influences, most of us lose access to this inner healer. In our work together I will guide and support you as we peel back the layers so that you can reconnect with your deeper sense of self. As you begin to make that connection, shift happens. My intention is for you to feel empowered in your healing journey.

I also use EMDR, Brainspotting, expressive arts, sandtray, and parts work (IFS) —but I only use what feels right for you, and I’ll guide you if you’re not sure what these methods are.
I am a somatic, mindfulness, and expressive arts-oriented trauma therapist. I specialize in working with creatives, artists, dancers, neurodiverse people, male-bodied people, couples, and members of the Jewish community who struggle with trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, addiction, life changes, and unwanted patterns. I believe these challenges often stem from attachment wounds, unprocessed stress, and/or unresolved trauma. My approach is evidence-supported, body-based, and relational, moving at your pace to help you feel safe and reconnect with yourself.

Utilizing evidence-based treatment like Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Attachment-Based Therapy, as well as integrating your faith, I've helped many rebuild their self worth and trust.
For Christians left questioning everything after betrayal, I help you heal and move forward. Rebuilding trust and self worth after infidelity or any kind relationship betrayal is incredibly challenging. You probably feel confused, in pain, and wondering how to pick up the pieces. Christians can particularly feel confused on what healing and forgiveness means.

With over 20 years in the field, I am trained in the trauma treatments of Internal Family Systems (2025), Brainspotting (2019), Cognitive Processing Therapy (2015), and support parents with Positive Discipline Parenting (2018).
To others, you seem to have it all together, but the pain of your past and future colliding keeps you up at night. Past injuries have a continual hold on you and influence your most important relationships. Acting in line with your heart does not seem possible when you're caught in these patterns. You are stuck, but things can change. Loving yourself and appreciating each moment is an attainable goal, and one that I can help you reach. Through our conversations, you will gain a better understanding of yourself and your beginnings and start to feel more peace within your life and relationships.

I use EMDR and Brainspotting to help your nervous system release the stuck patterns that insight alone can’t shift.
Therapy for Women Looking for Real and Lasting Change. You’ve probably done therapy before, but you’re still stuck. You’ve learned the coping skills, but they’re just not cutting it anymore. If you’re done talking in circles and ready to go deeper, I’m here for that. I work with women who are anxious, overwhelmed, and constantly overthinking. The peacekeepers. The ones carrying the mental load for everyone else—juggling kids, aging parents, careers, relationships… and let’s not forget hormones. Hello, perimenopause and menopause. It’s a lot, and it makes sense that you’re exhausted.

We'll use Brainspotting (similar to EMDR), mindfulness and somatic therapy, and creating self trust and compassion.
Things have got to change and you know it's time to get support. Anxiety, self doubt, relationship issues, feeling you aren't able to show up as your true self - these seem to keep holding you back. You’re ready for authentic relationships and to wake up each morning at ease. Most of all, you’re ready to love yourself with a grounded sense of clarity and hope. Many of us feel disconnected; at a loss for how to do things a different way and (yeah) even broken. There is hope for the life you want to become reality. One thing is sure: you can't do this alone. We heal in relationship. And that is where our work together can help.

Brainspotting Therapists

How does brainspotting work?

Brainspotting works by using eye positioning to identify and process traumatic memories so that a client is better able to move forward and live with less fear. The theory behind brainspotting is that by identifying where a person looks when thinking of traumatic memories, a therapist will be able to guide them to focus on that spot and work with the client to get them out of the “fight, flight, freeze” response associated with the traumatic memory.

Is brainspotting an evidence-based therapy?

Brainspotting is a theory-based alternative therapy. It is one of the newest forms of treatment, so very little research has been completed that examines the mechanism by which it works. The theory behind brainspotting is that eye position can be linked to areas of the brain that store and process memory.

How effective is brainspotting?

Because it is such a new treatment, the effectiveness of brainspotting cannot be quantified. Some people have found it to be effective on its own, or in conjunction with other types of therapy. It is considered an alternative therapy, and it is popular with people for whom more traditional therapies have proven ineffective.

How long does brainspotting take to work?

A typical brainspotting session will last between 60 to 90 minutes. There is no required number of sessions needed to complete brainspotting therapy, but in many cases it is delivered over the course of about six sessions. Clients are encouraged to rate their level of distress prior to a session and again following a session, and to track progress.
