Hello there! I'm passionate about whole-person healing that embraces the mind, body, and soul, with a firm belief in the potential for everyone to live full, authentic lives. While trauma, harm, and wounds can leave us feeling fragmented, I strive to create a safe, welcoming space for clients to grow awareness, self acceptance and compassion. My ideal client is navigating challenges like anxiety or life transitions and seeking a judgment-free space to enhance emotional resilience, build confidence, and cultivate meaningful connections—a transformative journey towards a fuller, more authentic life aligned with their true self.

First I'd like to say that I'm glad you're here. Prioritizing yourself and your mental health is a vulnerable process. It is my intention to create a space with choice, encouragement, and warmth. The time we have together is set aside to address whatever stressors are most present in your life. I have experience supporting adults struggling with depression, anxiety, panic disorder, PTSD, ADHD, and Bipolar Disorder. In addition to counseling, I have provided advocacy and trial prep to survivors of sexual assault and other violent crimes. I'm a staunch advocate for women's rights, LGBTQIA+, and other marginalized communities.
