My goal is to make your life easier and help you feel happier! My role as a therapist is to be a warm, caring, and supportive partner to help guide you towards your goals. I work with adults with a variety of concerns including: anxiety, ADHD, depression, life transitions, trauma, & stress.
I offer adult ADHD coaching which can help with: establishing routines and habits, plan/organize, task completion, etc.
