I am very interested in all that has been gained in the area of the brain and trauma research in the last decade and the new ways we have of approaching trauma as well as those troublesome unconscious patterns that drive us. These patterns very often leave us stuck without us even knowing it! Each person has huge untapped potential in reservoirs of which they are sometimes simply unaware. A situation that seems impossible can be infused with new creativity and that produces a very different type of response. Even telling the story is healing - a relief in itself.

We work with trauma, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, relationship patterns, life transitions, self-worth, and nervous system dysregulation.
Full Intentions is a therapy and movement practice that works at the intersection of mental health, identity, and the body. Most of the people who find us are carrying more than they talk about stress, anxiety, trauma, burnout, emotional numbness, impulsive patterns, or the pressure to keep it together for everyone else. We don’t rush your healing or ask you to “just think differently.”

Most everyone dreams of a life that will turn out as we imagine it.
One of the most important practices I gained as a Sales Manager was to listen to clients. I have found that listening effectively allows me to understand your hurts and needs. I use this practice when I counsel couples, families, and individuals. Whether you seek help in your marriage or in your life as an individual, I want to help you move forward in life.

Just by reading this, you are using your time to invest in your life and yourself.
My ideal client is a high-achieving woman who looks put-together but feels anxious, overwhelmed, or exhausted inside. She’s juggling work, family, faith, and expectations while silently battling perfectionism and a nervous system stuck in overdrive. She longs to feel calm, grounded, and emotionally steady again. She wants support that honors both her mind and her faith, and she’s ready for practical tools, deeper healing, and a space where she doesn’t have to be “the strong one.”

I work primarily with women navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions.
Do you appear to be holding everything together on the outside, yet internally feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Past experiences, unresolved trauma, or ongoing stress may be impacting your sense of self, your relationships, or your ability to feel grounded and confident. You may be seeking clarity, emotional relief, and a deeper sense of connection with yourself, while wanting support that feels safe, respectful, and meaningful.

Together, we will identify obstacles, build on your strengths, and develop tools to help you navigate life's challenges with greater confidence.
Many people come to me feeling exhausted from carrying burdens alone. They may be struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, relationship conflict, or a deep sense of being stuck. On the outside they appear strong, yet inside they feel overwhelmed, discouraged, or uncertain about their next step. For over 14 years, I have helped individuals, couples, veterans, and families move beyond simply understanding their challenges to actively creating solutions that lead to healing, stronger relationships, greater peace, and lasting personal growth

Life Coaching Therapists
What can I expect from life coaching?
Clients and coaches will typically start by identifying the problem area(s) that the client hopes to address—then, the coach will help the client brainstorm potential solutions and explore concrete techniques to help the client attain their goals. Coaching is typically short-term and focused on finding solutions in the here and now, rather than exploring a client’s past. In addition to strategies aimed at the client’s specific concerns, coaches may encourage general stress management techniques such as meditation.

Can a life coach help treat anxiety?
Because the majority of life coaches are not licensed clinicians, they are not qualified to diagnose or treat anxiety. Anyone struggling with anxiety or another mental health condition should seek help from a licensed mental health practitioner. However, some coaching clients who struggle with subclinical anxiety report that working with their coach on other problems—such as career dissatisfaction or unhealthy habits—has a positive effect on their anxiety.

Can life coaching be done online?
Yes. While life coaching often happens in person, many coaches conduct sessions over the phone or via online platforms such as Zoom or Skype. Because life coaches are not subject to local licensing regulations in the same way that therapists are, they are able to see clients who live in other locations.

How long does life coaching last?
Life coaching tends to be a shorter-term process than therapy, though it does not always unfold over a specific period of time and is instead based on the coach’s or the client’s preferences. Coaching often takes place over three to 12 months but may be shorter or longer if necessary.
