Triggers, known or unknown, can cause emotional or mood shifts without a clear understanding of why. Together, we identify the physical, emotional, cognitive, and behavioral impacts and their root causes. I specialize in brain-based therapies to help people recover from anxiety, depression, grief, and PTSD.
