My approach to therapy is holistic and to work in collaboration with you to help you accomplish your goals. I am most able to assist you with managing anger, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma. In addition to a holistic perspective, I am a solution-focused and trauma informed therapist trained to use EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) as well as more traditional cognitive behavioral therapy.
I believe in meeting you where you are and help you connect the dots to where you want to go. If you’re not quite sure where you are or where you want to go, no worries, we’ll work it out together. I have evening appointments available and I look forward to speaking with you soon and help you connect your dots.
I am honored to provide supervision and support to Master level social workers as they build upon their skills; ensuring that they are providing competent and ethical standards while working toward licensure.
