I use tools from several techniques, such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Reality Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Sand-tray to name a few. Above all, getting to know you and your goals, so that you leave sessions feeling like something has been accomplished is vital to your healing journey.
I understand that life can be overwhelming, demanding, and stressful.
