Hi there, I'm Tusheena! Sometimes life feels overwhelming, and reaching out for support can be one of the hardest — yet most powerful — steps you can take. I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, identity exploration, trauma, and life transitions, as well as those adjusting to different life phases or managing various mental health challenges. I use the person-centered and collaborative approach, creating a safe and affirming space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. Each session is tailored to your unique needs and goals, with a focus on meeting you where you are.
Many of my clients are insightful, curious, and ready for change, but unsure of where to begin or how to move forward. I also work with people who are exploring their sense of self, whether professionally, culturally, or personally, and seeking a deeper understanding of their emotions, patterns, and relationships.
