Some of life’s greatest challenges, such as divorce, relationship issues, career choices, work related stress, depression, and anxiety can be difficult to navigate alone. Sometimes these issues may be difficult for our family members and friends to attend to. I am committed to helping clients find new possibilities or recognize the strengths that they may have been overlooking. I am an Army Veteran who has extensive experience working with veterans and their families as a family and victim advocate. These experiences have given me a unique perspective of trauma and the challenges it may present in daily life.
I believe that developing a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients is an essential part of helping clients to heal and gravitate towards their goals. I enjoy working with Individuals, couples, families, and children, from diverse backgrounds.
I received an International certificate in collaborative practices that has influenced me to practice in a way that allows my clients to feel respected, understood, and heard. It also enables me to work with clients who may not have had positive experiences or outcomes through other approaches to therapy.
