I have a unique approach to therapy, where the focus is to learn who you are and what you have experienced to help you find the peace and purpose you are seeking. I use an integrative and creative concepts in our sessions to help you address concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, health issues, and traumatic stress. Turtle Path is a relaxed therapy environment that is welcoming and accepting and is designed to be a place where you can slow down to process your thoughts, feelings, and life situations toward healing and growth.
As a certified Integrative Mental Health Professional with over a decade of experience helping individuals and families, I am devoted to working as a therapeutic partner with my clients so that they can find lasting relief from distress. Using a creative and attentive whole-person approach, we will explore who you are and where you want to go.
