Hi, my name is Turquois White, and I am a Licensed Social Worker for clients struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, aging, suicidal ideation, non-suicidal self-injury, crisis intervention, mood disorders, life transitions, Veteran related issues such as adjustment disorder, and more. As a Licensed Social Worker, my goal is to help you take the pieces of your story and find wholeness. Therapy is not one-size-fits all, I utilize different techniques such as client-centered approach and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I tailor sessions to find what works best for each person.
