Turning Point Counseling & Consulting, Inc. provides outpatient services in the areas of mental health and substance abuse services both in English and Spanish. Our mission is working together "Turning Lives Around". Turning Point offers a wide range of counseling services which include Individual counseling (Adult, Adolescent and Children), Couples, Mental Health Counseling, Substance Abuse Treatment, Addiction Treatment & Pre-Marriage Counseling. Our trained therapists are network providers for a number of major insurance plans. As a courtesy, we can contact your insurance company to obtain information about your coverage services. We also provide the courtesy of filing the insurance claims.
Specialty areas include: Improving Couple's Communication, Increasing Self Esteem, Recovering from Substance Abuse, Reducing Symptoms of Depression and Anxiety, Resolving Problems Related to Child Abuse, Improving Child Behavior Problems, Play Therapy, Life Management Skills, Stress Management and Conflict Resolution.
Other services offered are Adult and Adolescent Groups for Impulse Control, Anger Management (English & Spanish), Substance Abuse, Eating Emotions & Parental Skills Group. We also provide Court Ordered Groups for Impulse Control (4-8 hours), Anger Management (8-12 hours) and Drug Court.
