I use a combination of approaches including CBT, DBT, person centered, and Gestalt therapy allowing me to use a variety of skills to best assist your individual needs. My extensive experience includes working with individuals with trauma, ambiguous losses, relationships, addiction, mood disorders, personality disorders, chronic pain, and psychosis.
