Are you an individual or couple who is experiencing trauma, grief, relational challenges, anxiety, or depression? If so, I am here to help you. I believe the journey towards healing starts with having a space where you are fully seen and accepted. I aim to create a relationship where you can authentically be who you are now and move towards who you are becoming. I particularly value making space for people who are seeking therapeutic support for the first time, or returning after a long break or unhelpful experience. Finding support takes a special kind of courage and I want to create a space together that meets your needs.

I tailor my therapeutic approach to each individual but always start with a foundation of respect and understanding. You deserve a space where you can be heard without being judged and supported in the growth you choose. I provide person-centered care using mindfulness, IFS (Internal Family Systems), and practical tools for self-improvement.

Outside of my work, I enjoy reading sci-fi and philosophy, teaching painting classes, playing the guitar, and backpacking mountains. These experiences enrich my practice and can bring a sense of adventure to our work together. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
