I tailor my therapeutic approach to each individual but always start with a foundation of respect and understanding. I provide trauma-informed, person-centered, and experiential care to help you move toward your desired life.
Outside of my work, I enjoy reading sci-fi and philosophy, teaching painting classes, playing the guitar, and backpacking mountains. These experiences enrich my practice and can bring a sense of adventure to our work together. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
