Research tells us that, of all factors, the therapeutic relationship has the most significant influence on treatment outcome. My primary focus of treatment is to establish and maintain a genuine and collaborative relationship; one which allows room for growth and healing. I approach treatment wholeheartedly and care deeply about those with whom I work. You will likely find me to be warm, insightful, and transparent. Drawing from Humanistic Psychology, Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Social Justice, my holistic approach to therapy is individualized to meet the unique needs and goals of each patient.
Though everyone is distinct, I tend to work most often with anxiety and relationship issues, both of which manifest in a variety of different ways. In addition to symptom reduction, patients I treat have found successful growth in areas including self-compassion, relationship satisfaction, vulnerability, empathy, assertiveness, insight, and motivation.
