It is often difficult to ask for support in the face of life’s challenges, and I appreciate you taking this step! I work with young adults and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, and identity and self-esteem concerns, among others. My goal is to create a comfortable and safe space where we work collaboratively to help you face those challenges and make the changes you desire to live a more fulfilling life. We all have vulnerabilities, and strengths we often don’t realize. I therefore work with my clients to build on their strengths and resilience, and develop self-compassion.

I am a licensed professional counselor working with adolescents and adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, grief (pet loss grief), trauma, body image, identity, life transition and LGBTQ+ issues. My goal is to guide you to a deeper self understanding, self acceptance and healing while providing a safe and compassionate space. I strive to listen with curiosity and make meaning of what is going on. Life is hard and you don't have to do it alone. Sometimes we start to see patterns in our lives that are not in alignment with what we expect or what we want for ourselves. Feelings of despair may emerge.
