In our work together, I help you find light for your path, the space to heal and learn from past adventures, and courage to move forward. We forget that we are immensely powerful and wise, and as a witness in your journey, I will help guide you to your heart where your power and wisdom dwell.

Welcome! I work with post traumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, Bipolar disorders, stress and anxiety related with acute or chronic medical illnesses, developmental issues of adulthood, relationship conflicts, couple's counseling, marriage health and conflict, life transition issues such as stress during college, retirement, change that comes with adverse life events. Men's and women's developmental, family, work and relationship issues and Seniors are also my interest areas. I work with clients age between 15-95 years old.

I approach my work with clients by meeting you where you are and building a trusting, working relationship that honors your story and experiences. I want to truly listen to understand and come alongside you in your journey to wellness. This viewpoint speaks to a phrase I've developed that also guides my life, "Our perspective on issues coming our way will determine if we live an adventurous or miserable life."

I am a Transpersonal Wilderness Therapist who uses a variety of modalities to support skill building and behavioral changes, while also working with the body, using dreamwork, imagery, storytelling, and soul-centric work to deepen our understanding of the work we are doing together.
