One may know their behavior is unhealthy, however, may not know how to change. Finding the answers becomes the process of therapy.
I offer individual, couples and family therapy. I am trained in EMDR. I focus on coping with depression, anxiety and trauma. I also focus on improving relationship skills. I work with clients to understand and change unhealthy patterns.
