My approach to therapy is Solution Focused and Cognitive Behavior Therapy but typically is tailored to fit the needs of the client.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is geared to help you reframe your thinking which will in return will change your behavior for a more positive outcome. Solution Focused Brief Therapy is a model that targets the problem and together we come up with solutions that aid in you reaching your goals.
