l attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where l earned a BA in Psychology in 2009. In 2013, I received my Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling from North Carolina A & T State University. I am State of North Carolina Licensed Professional Counselor. I do supports clients of all identities, including age, culture, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, spirituality and socioeconomic status. I use Clinical Pastoral therapeutic approaches and the Gottman approach when working with couples and families. The population l serve are from 18 years and above.
I have special interest and training in the following areas: Marital/Couples/Sexual Counseling using Gottman Methods, Premarital Counseling, Depression and Anxiety, Sexual Abuse, Divorce/Separation, Clinical Pastoral Education to help address Adjustment to Life Transitions, and General Adult Issues.
