Kristy earned her Master’s degrees in both Education and in Clinical Mental Health from Merrimack College. She is down-to-Earth, approachable and collaborative in helping individuals feel comfortable while working together in treatment. Kristy is a great empath and advocate for her clients. Kristy’s clinical experience includes working in residential and community mental health with clients of diverse backgrounds as well as a former academic advisor working with traditional college aged students. Kristy works with adolescents, emerging adults and adults in helping to navigate challenges.

Karah specializes in helping children and adults experiencing posttraumatic stress and related issues, such as anxiety and depression. She understands that trauma symptoms can present in unexpected ways, often originating from experiences such as bullying, discrimination, violence, recurrent trauma, and grief. Her clinical interests include traumas intersection with substance use and eating disorders, spiritual and religious trauma, early intervention, neurodiversity, and the unique experiences of first responders, immigrants, and individuals with disabilities.

Hi, I'm Annie, an outpatient therapist who enjoys working with adolescents 15+ and adults. My priorities include making my clients feel heard, safe, and comfortable so they can be successful in therapy. I currently work at Rooted, a group practice in Westford and Chelmsford, MA. I have experience working in partial hospitalization programs, in-home family therapy, and outpatient therapy.

I have experience working with individuals in various settings, including CBHI, case management, inpatient detox, and outpatient counseling. My clinical focus is working with clients who experience anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, and substance use. I also have a particular interest in working with parents of neurodivergent children.
