I am passionate about helping people to overcome the challenges of trauma and PTSD symptoms and to understand the influence of these on relationships. I enjoy working with couples to help them recover from affairs, improve communication, and increase or restore trust in each other. An important part of the work I do is assisting loved ones of people with addiction who often find themselves dealing with significant anxiety, depressive symptoms, and relationship difficulties. I come from a Christian perspective and integrate this into my work with clients with similar beliefs.
In addition to EMDR, I am certified in the RTM Protocol (Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memory).
I have a limited number of daytime appointments available that are mostly in the early afternoon. I am offering both in person and telehealth sessions on an ongoing basis.
