Hi, I’m Tuesday Lucas, LPC, the owner of Compass Rose Counseling Services. We’re here to help you navigate life’s challenges with a focus on healing and growth. Our practice specializes in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Shadow Work, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to guide you through your journey. I am skilled and trained in working with veterans, first responders, teachers, parents, and healthcare workers. As a veteran and mother from a family of military personnel, nurses, firefighters, law enforcement, and social workers, I sincerely appreciate those who work tirelessly for others.
