I am honored to be able to offer trauma competent serves to individuals who have survived trauma and/or are currently suffering traumatic experiences. I use an effective strength-based and person centered approach. About 70% of people have experienced trauma in the US. I enjoy working with all individuals seeking to heal and bring joy back into daily life. Healing happens when you have a safe, supportive space to process your experiences in a way that aligns with where you are in the moment. Your concerns and your goals for growth are heard and believed. I lean into compassion and meeting you exactly where you are in your journey.
I completed a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Argosy University. I completed my internship at Twin Lakes Recovery Center in Monroe, GA. Both my graduate and internship programs were CACREP-accredited, where I received outstanding education and training in assessing and treating a variety of psychological conditions.
Survivors of trauma possess the beautiful qualities of strength and resilience. I ensure a safe space for you to be able to express yourself without judgment. I offer a unique chance for healing and strengthening your true self painlessly and at your own pace. Call or email me for a free consultation. Confidential voicemail.
