I use a variety of approaches and techniques to help my clients (children and adolescents, teens, adults, individuals, couples, and family) gain relief through goal setting and learning new skills that makes their problem more manageable or no longer existent.
As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist at Courage Counseling, LLC, I focus to help clients address adjustment issues, anger, stress, peer or social concerns, divorce adjustment, anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, grief, self-esteem/worth, relationship issues, and other life issues they find difficult to manage or move beyond.
I am certified to offer the Prepare/Enrich assessment for engaged couples and/or married couples. I practice an evidence based approach to counseling that includes child-centered play, cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, emotionally focused, and acceptance and commitment interventions.
