Tucson Centered is a growing therapy practice in central Tucson. We work with clients to provide individualized care with the overarching aims of change, growth, healing, personal insights, and trauma resolution. In addition to working with adults and teens who want to better themselves with psychotherapy, we have a particular focus on working with children toward building emotional regulation, giving them a safe space, and helping them find words to communicate their experience.
We are currently a practice consisting of two therapists: Rebecca Palmer, LPC and Jasmine Romanov, LAC. Jasmine is a supervisee with extensive experience in school and clinical settings as well as providing counseling for children, teens, and adults. Rebecca is a clinical supervisor with a certification in EMDR for both kids and adults.
Taking steps toward healing can be daunting, whether it's for you or your child. Tucson Centered provides safety and compassion for all who are considering taking these important steps. We invite you to call or email for a consultation.
