Is your child struggling and you don't know what to do? Are you unable to see your value when you look in the mirror? Do you believe you have to do everything perfectly to be "enough"? I truly believe that each of us has infinite worth and limitless potential. I love working with kids, teens and young adults. I've worked with anxiety, depression, autism, ADHD, behavioral issues, scrupulosity, perfectionism, OCD, self harm/suicidality, trauma, social difficulties, and low self worth.
I have two main specialties, teenagers and individuals with Autism. With both of these groups, trusting and opening up can be a challenge. It is common for them to feel awkward and out of place. I take a client centered approach, identifying values, building on strengths, and focusing on what they uniquely bring to the table. I use ACT, CBT, ERP, and EMDR.
