Do you feel overwhelmed by anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, or major life transitions? I specialize in supporting individuals, especially moms experiencing burnout, emotional exhaustion, and difficulty balancing their own needs with family responsibilities. I also work with immigrants navigating cultural adjustment, identity, relationships, and life between cultures. Using EMDR, Sand Tray Therapy, and evidence-based approaches, I help clients process difficult experiences, build healthier coping skills, and reconnect with themselves.I work with adolescents and adults.
I specialize in working with adolescents and adults to support clients navigating cultural adjustment and the unique challenges of living between cultures. My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including EMDR and sandtray therapy.
