Hello! I provide therapy for individuals, couples and families. I am also a Certified Autism-Informed Specialist and have a range of experience in different settings including outpatient therapy, treatment programs, and school settings. I enjoy working with complex families, differently-abled and neurodivergent individuals. I am especially passionate about working with those impacted by trauma, helping them heal and grow through personalized therapeutic approaches. With a focus on active listening, I strive to create a safe and trusting environment to ensure individuals feel heard and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.
I integrate a variety of evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), and play therapy strategies to ensure a holistic and personalized approach to care. I tailor treatment to each individual's needs.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Louisiana State University. I am a Registered Associate Social Worker and am currently under the supervision of Kelly Ross, LPCC.
