I am a Licensed therapist in the state of California and Clinical Director at TTM Counseling. I have earned a Bachelors degree in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton and a Masters in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family therapy from Pepperdine University. I have experience working with a wide variety of populations such as individuals experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, suffering from personality disorders, life changes or adjustments, and substance use disorders. I specialize in working with clients who have experienced trauma in their life and am trained in EMDR.
I also have experience supporting couples restore trust and common ground while processing symptoms from betrayal trauma. I am also trained in providing virtual EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) which is transformative for individuals suffering from traumatic experiences that interrupts their ability to move forward or feel fulfilled.
I believe that holding space for clients and providing a positive and healing environment should be a priority when offering support to individuals. I encourage clients to express their experiences and emotions, while utilizing Psychodynamic, Attachment theory, as well as Schema Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy to fulfill treatments goals.
