I have over 7 years of experience in various mental health settings such as hospitals, veteran's population, residential rehabs, and outpatient clinics. A vast majority of my work has focused on anxiety, trauma, depression, stress management, couples therapy and substance use.
As a Navy Veteran, I pride myself on the honor of being a participant in one's healing, the courage to accept the challenge in being an aid and advocate for the mental health community, and the commitment to serve those in need.
