I am a multi-cultural and multi-lingual Christian therapist who is trained in Marriage and Family Therapy. My skill set includes therapy techniques such as Life Span integration, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-centered therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy and Faith-Based approaches.
I help parents who are distressed due to challenges related to parenting and parent-child relationship problems. In addition, I have knowledge and experience working with women who have experienced domestic violence. Being an immigrant myself, I enjoy working with this population too.
