Groups
We CAN Do It: Parenting Support Group
"We CAN Do It" is a virtual parenting support group. Two groups are available: # 1. Parents of Children of Newborns-2yrs Old (Tuesdays @ 2pm) and # 2. Parents of Children 3 yrs-5yrs Old (Wednesdays @ 2pm). This group is a process therapy group, where members come together to process similar concerns/experiences. A therapist guides the group of individuals with similar concerns. Individuals openly discuss feelings, thoughts, and experiences. The group encourages empathy, mutual support, and shared insight among group members. Provides the opportunity to receive multiple perspectives, support, encouragement, and feedback from other individuals in a safe and confidential environment.
