About
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, who specializes in Trauma, Anxiety, and Behavioral Health. My client will be someone who is ready to take on the therapeutic journey. As the passenger, my goal is to help individuals to navigate through past trauma and experiences in order to develop healthy coping mechanisms.
I have utilized various approaches as all individuals are different including CBT, TF-CBT,DBT and Solution focused. I have experience working with children, adults, and family work. I also have worked in a residential setting as well individually and in the group setting.
I am excited to help you navigate through your therapeutic journey. I have immediate openings and offer day and evening hours as well as every other Saturday.
