I work with adults of all abilities navigating life’s curveballs. I’m passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ folks, neurodivergent minds, and those living with chronic illness or disability. I welcome clients with diverse mental health experiences—trauma, ADHD, addiction, autism, mood disorders, depression, anxiety, PTSD, anger, and physical disability. I prioritize inclusivity, authenticity, and radical acceptance. Therapy isn’t a straight path—it’s a trail through wild terrain, where we read our emotional compass, patch the backpack of self-worth, and maybe even dance in the rain.
I support clients by facilitating change, improving communication, and navigating central ideas about themselves, others, and the world. I offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and am training in Somatic Experiencing (SET) to support regulation, resilience, and somatic curiosity.
