As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my profession is not only my career of choice but a labor of love. I have always enjoyed assisting others. My goal is provide a safe encouraging environment where individual feels safe in expressing their concerns and issues. I have experience working with a diverse population who struggle with depression, PTSD, family conflict and relationship issues. I assist clients in developing insight into the source of their behavioral issues and concerns.
I have worked in the outpatient, residential and school settings. The focus of my practice is self-development and growth. I assist clients with recognizing their strengths, truth and self-efficacy.
I offer not only in office counseling but will offer telemental health (i.e., videoconferencing). Telemental health services is not suited for all challenges and will be assessed to determine the best medium for services. Let's begin this journey together.
