Welcome! I'm Truitt Grant, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a genuine passion for helping individuals navigate life's challenges and discover their inner strength. I have over 9 years of experience in the mental health field, working in individual and group therapy settings with adults of all ages (from early adulthood to 80 and older). I have extensive experience treating a wide range of individuals with mood dysregulation, depression/anxiety, personality disorders, and thought disorders.
