I work with clients who may be experiencing anxiety, trauma or depression resulting from adversity in their life, and who desire to improve their well-being towards a more balanced and fulfilling life. I also work with clients who are on a spiritual or personal growth path who wanting to acquire knowledge and skills to support them on their healing journey.
Transpersonal Therapy ventures beyond the usual limits of ego and personality. You will learn how to make contact with your true self through practices such as mindfulness, breathing, grounding and self-enquiry. Somatic therapy supports you in strengthening the mind-body connection, increasing feelings of safety, and releasing unprocessed emotional material
As humans, we are not always prepared for what life brings our way. Thats ok, we are going to experience adversity, ups and downs, likes and dislikes while we inhabit our bodies in this plane. Our work is to accept ourselves as we are, find our center, and learn the lessons we are here to learn. The journey is inward into the depths of our being.
