I use EMDR, CBT, psychodynamic, humanistic, solution-focused, and trauma-informed approaches to create a safe, supportive space for people facing depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-worth, grief, relationship conflicts, personal growth challenges, and other mental health concerns.
